Hi Shahzad, thank you for your question. I am not too sure what exactly you mean by “I am a heart patient”. I am assuming that you are suffering from hypertension (high blood pressure). If that is the case, then you will benefit from drinking apple cider vinegar, as it helps in lowering the blood pressure. However, if you are already taking medicines to lower your blood pressure, then ACV may cause hypotension (low blood pressure). Consult your doctor before starting ACV along with BP medication.
